I love love love Thanksgiving!  I do not know about you but family, friends, and food are my three favorite “F” words! And that is exactly what Thanksgiving is all about. We gather together our 40-50 family members and eat and play until we need to be rolled out of the room. This creamed corn recipe is easy and will blow your guests away!

Turkey is yummy BUT the side dishes for me is what it is all about on Thanksgiving. I try not to even make these dishes year around so that way they are extra special on Thanksgiving. I love all the left overs and can’t wait to eat them the next day or two.

One of my favorite side dishes is creamed corn. It isn’t the least bit fattening at all either, wink wink! I hate to admit but you really can’t even call this a vegetable, but what the heck it is the Holiday’s right?
